Yes! All of our merchandise comes complete with manufacturers supplied accessories in factory packaging.
Is there a warranty included with my purchase?
Canon products have a 1 year Canon USA warranty valid in all of Europe with UK invoice provided.
Nikon & Olympus products have a 1 year worldwide warranty.
Panasonic, Pentax & Sony products are all warranted by ourselves for 1 year from date of purchase.

My shipment cannot be located when I try to track it?
It can sometimes take several hours for shipping companies to enter tracking numbers into their system.
If you have received notification of shipment from us and you get a message to the effect of 'your shipment could not be located at this time' when you try to track it, give it a little more time, then try again.
If an item is 'Out of stock', how long will it take to become available?
All 'Out of stock' items will usually be arriving in a day or two. Contact us for an estimate of arrival. You can still purchase items that are out of stock and we will mail them out as soon as they become available.
What is your returns policy?
The return/exchange guarantee for your purchase is 28 days from receipt. In the event, you receive a defective item, we will gladly exchange it subject to inventory level on hand. If you wish to return an item for other reasons you may do so within 7 days of purchase. We cannot resell it as brand new, to account for depreciation, we assess a 15% restocking fee. All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.
